职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement key account specific strategies in cooperation with regional marketing manager and product manager in order to identify the marketing potential, set up the glazing value chain, and maximize the long term profitability of the customer and the total business growth;
- Assure global or regional business approach (prices, services, product offerings, quality etc.) to regional and global key accounts;
- Controlling of key account specific target achievement (Sales Volume, Sales Revenue, Profitability and working capital ), responsible for Key Account's forecasting, budgeting and contract etc;
- Keep a pulse on the customers/markets, conduct the industry and competitive analysis and maintain internal account knowledge warehouse; Provide competitive information to marketing manager and regional sales for decision making, and assures solid financial and technical footing for the business;
- Conduct inner account coordination within teammates for OEM/End-user who operates in multiple countries/regions;
- Provide timely and effective market intelligence, Key Account report, competition activities report and to initiate promotion/advertising activities and make recommendation wherever appropriate;
- Cooperate with marketing/sales team to share resource, information, knowledge and experience in cross-region business;
Qualification & Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or business management, MBA degree is desirable;
- Minimum 5 years sales and marketing experiences, at least 2 years in handling big accounts;
- Fluency in spoken / written English and Mandarin, 2nd language skill is a plus; proficiency in Microsoft office (PowerPoint and excel) skills.
- Strong capability in business coordination, negotiation, planning and forecast, experience in developing and negotiating customer contracts and pricing is a plus.
- Excellent leadership skills with strong people influencing capability; confident with strategy discussions at all levels of management both at internal functions and external customers;
- A challenge and pressure taker with strong sense of responsibility; persistent in solving and dealing with all kinds of difficulties that occur in company's development; highly adaptable with good cultural flexibility;
- Professional, complex and intellectual, able to lead the team to understand the complicated situation and walk through difficulties with right and pragmatic solutions
- Self-motivated, initiative, with ability to work independently;
- Proven skills in facilitation, project management, networking, communication and presentation;
