职位描述

Job Purpose :

Plan and direct all activities and operations at China offices – Shenzhen & Fuzhou to satisfy customer requirements for Company products and services. Ensure operate consistently on a cost-effective basis within the framework of policies, objectives, and budgets established by top management in order to reach Company targets.


Key Accountabilities :

? Work closely with senior management to help developing and strengthen long-term plans and strategies for the Company’s business growth.

? Identify opportunities for growth within existing and new accounts, communicating closely with GBD counterparts so as to develop strategies to maximize top line performance.

? Investigate the market for new resources and ensure an updated product knowledge / technology is integrated into product development and result in improved products at better prices and high quality and on-time delivery schedule.

? Monitor industry and competitors trends to strength overall business position.

? Direct and lead associates to meet changing business demands for client satisfaction, such as on-time delivery and quality levels.

? Agree annual shipment and expense budget with corporate office.

? Lead supplier business reviews.

? Lead ongoing vendor contract / term negotiations.



Key Accountabilities :


? Act as staff liaison to the management, by providing information related to Company products and services at regularly scheduled meetings. Ensure related communications are implemented into the daily routine.

? Oversee and work closely with the Talent Management Manager to direct T & D strategy, ensuring our associates have the necessary skills to meet their objectives and the opportunity to develop to the maximum of their potential.

? Maintain and control a systematized compensation policy that provides meaningful salary awards and competitive performance bonus, complete with performance appraisal and to encourage harmonious relations.

? Provide coaching and counseling to managers on major problems to assist them in making the right decision.

? Drill down on quality claims and other client service failures to establish the sources of the problem, ensuring corrective action is effectively implemented in order to prevent a recurrence of the problem.

? Recommend annual company goals to the senior management and ensure that an ongoing evaluation system exists to monitor goals. Periodically reports progress to the senior management.

? Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures appropriate to the Company’s daily operations. Effectively communicate these policies to associates through publications.


Job Requirements :

Preferred Education & Qualifications

? Educational Level : A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or other relevant field.

Expected Experiences

? Minimum 15 years relevant working experience, preferable working at the multi-national or sourcing company at senior management.
? Solid experience & knowledge on domestic and international market of merchandise & sourcing industry.
? Have in-depth P&L knowledge
