Responsibilities:
General take lead to review the new/revised GOMP/QSOP/RMS and deliver the new requirement to concerned operation departments and make sure they are implemented and well followed at MED.
Implement and maintain traceability system(both bar code traceability and manual one) at MED
Internal HE/Phthalates/RoHS control system and sharp tool control system maintenance
Work with internal department to handle quality issues raised during production or complained by customers
Communicate with customers for quality issue
COO follow up, CCC application, in-house Lab ISO 17025 system audit and internal ISO 9001/QMS audit
Special Chemical management database implementation
Requirement:
Education: University degree majoring in Mechanical/Electronic
Engineering/manufacturing/industrial related discipline
2 years of ISO9001 experience
Good English reading and writing skills, strong communication ability.Strong project management ability, can work independently and under pressure
Advanced SPC knowledge.
