MERCHANDISER / SENIOR MERCHANDISER

Responsibilities:

· To support our growth our Dong Guan factory seeks a merchandiser with following functions:

· Follow up day to day progress with suppliers and ensure smooth communication between the different parties

· Receiving quotation request from Senior Management and quoting the price with suppliers in order to get the most competitive price

· Manage the quality and ensuring on time delivery according to schedule

· Sourcing new supplier with competitive prices

· Support our factories with accurate/on time information and be a key contributor in solving operational issues with suppliers

· Develop suppliers performance toward better quality, service level and lead time and engage an insurance quality approach in cooperation with quality engineer

· Managing the negotiation with supplier to achieve best purchasing conditions, maintain best purchasing practices

Requirements

Graduate in Higher Diploma or above in Merchandising or related discipline

2-3 year experience in Paper Business

Good command of Written and Spoken English is an added advantage but not mandatory;
