一、工作职责描述：

1. 接受、分析及确定客户询价（通常是外国公司或他们在国内的子公司）
2. 精通产品成本计算。此工作需与公司德国总部同事联合完成，故需同德国总部同事保持良好而紧密的工作关系。需学习使用公司的相关软件如Calcsta, ABAS.(公司会提供相关培训）
3. 为总经理处理客户询价提供技术支持。跟进客户报价事宜。
4. 处理公司产品参加会展及其他商业活动事宜。
5. 开发新客户及新业务特别是冲压产品业务。
6. 负责催跟货款。
7. 确认最佳运输方式。
二、任职要求:
1. 年龄 30-45； 性别：男
2.从事相关工作经验5年以上，至少2年同级别职位2年以上工作经验。
3. 有冲压业务惊讶。
4. 自带订单者为佳。
5. 普通话、英语流利，愿意学习德语。
6. 能看懂一般的技术文件如简单的图纸及BOM.
7. 会使用常见的办公软件，愿意学习使用CalcSta and ABAS 系统.
8. 性格开朗，具备承受较大工作压力的能力。
9. 有工程机械背景者为佳。
三、薪酬福利

Main Duties:

-Receive, analyse and clarify RFQ's (Requests for quotation) from existing or potential customers (usually from foreign companies or their Chinese subsidiaries)

-be skilled in product calculations. These calculations have to be done together with our colleagues in Germany. Therefore, a close communication with HAERTER Germany is needed. We have to use CalcSta, our calculation software, and ABAS, our centralized ERP system (specific trainings will be provided).

-Support GM in preparing quotations. Validate the quotations together with General Manager and Engineering Manager. Follow-up quotations after they have been sent out.

-Present the company on exhibitions and business trips (occasional, not frequently)

-New customer or business development especially for stamping business.

-Take the responsibility for the new products indicate, existing products sales activity.

-Follow up the payment for the special case.

-Decide the best delivery and check with the production line.




Specific knowledge, skills:
-Age: 30-45
-Has similar working experience for at least 5 years. The candidate who has more than two years’ experience of senior sales engineer is better.

-Has the experience of stamping.

-The perfect candidate would bring already some customers for stamping with himself.

-Chinese mother tongue, fluent in English, willing to learn basics in German

-Able to read technical documents, f.e. drawings and BoM's (Bill of Material)

-Able to use MS Office and Outlook, willing to learn CalcSta and ABAS system.

-Open-minded personality.

-The candidate who has the mechanical technical background will be better.
