岗位职责

Responsibilities: NPI builds including PVT/Ramp-up: Support PM & coordinates with the production team

Details:

A) Pre-Review the NPI line readines (Proto/EVT/DVT) / 4M (PVT) Readiness Review Checklist and help PM to arrange an on-site factory meeting

B) Attend and support PM during the 4M meeting

C) Support the completion of the 4M Readiness Checklist/deliverables within the timeline specified by the PM

D) Follow-up on the MRO process to ensure smooth move/avoid bottle neck in approvals

E) Monitor, supervise and escalate to the PM during the builds any out of line activities joepardizing the committed schedule.

F) Oversee and monitor material internal moving (from material arrival into IQC, warehousing, kitting until production release)

G) Ensure PM provides golden samples on time from R&D for the build

H) Provide a daily detailed build report from the start of SMT until the NPI units ship out of NPI factory

I) Support PM shipping internal and customer NPI samples (Logistics Arrangement, E-Gates etc)

J) Support logistic & E-Gates documentation process in shipping NPI component material from the factory.

K) Provide cost center for ICV on samples shipped as well as shipment cost. Support PM in ICV tracking between NPI factory and R&D.

L) Gathering the necessary information from PM to setup the E-Book with internal logistic/customs for EVT/DVT/PVT unit shipments

岗位要求

Knowledge:

1) Graduate of a College degree course or equivalent experience in electronic design and/or manufacturing

2) Excellent written and oral command of Mandarin and English languages (CET-4)

Skills:

1) Good understanding of new products development cycle

2) Sharp analytical & organization skills are must

3) Assertive and solid leadership quality

Abilities & Behavior:

1) Sound negotiator and works well in a team environment

2) Strong communication abilities

3) Teamwork
