一、职位要求

1.性别不限，年龄25-35岁，无不良嗜好；

2.中专或以上学历，专业不限；

3.有2年及以上的生产管理经验；

4.具备良好的学习能力、组织能力，善于沟通与协调，有一定的抗压能力；

5.及时且有效的与员工沟通，解决员工工作中所遇到的实际困难；

6.能熟练操作excel 表格、word文档等办公软件。                                                                                                                        二、工作内容

1.根据生产计划，安排生产，生产过程中注重品质效率、降低物料损耗，保证生产有效进行；

2.现场管理，维护车间秩序及各项规章制度；

3.生产过程中出现异常及时向上级领导反馈并处理；

4.记录生产员工出勤及加班情况。                                                                                                                                                  三、薪资福利

1.基本工资4000-5000元，生产高峰期，享受产量奖，合计工资***达6000-7000元；

2.包吃包住，入职买五险一金；

3.加班享受加班补贴；

4.入职一年享受三天带薪假期，入职年限越长，假期越长；

5.享受国家法定假期
