Position Description
- Key Responsibilities
1. PO consolidation and placement to suppliers.
2. Pay close attention to the production status and related information for delivery schedule follow up.
3. Responsible for coordination &/or follow up with suppliers & Finance Dept.regarding shipping documents submission and any discrepancy found.
- Essential Duties
1. Consolidate PO from Brand(s)(may also frsubsidiaries) Check & review data such as supplier's capacity,minimum orderquantity,customized orders and etc.May give suggestion on PO allocation to supervisor/manager and then follow up with final PO placement.
2. Support liaison between Brand(s) (may also with subsidiaries) and Suppliers to reach mutual agreement & confirmation on delivery schedule & details.
3. Input data regarding PO, delivery status and etc. (such as price, delivery schedule, shipping method, etc) into SAP system (may also other relevant system/database) timely and accurately.
4. Ensure suppliers submitting shipping documents to Finance Dept on time; and to coordinate between suppliers and Finance Dept if there is any discrepancy found.
5. Provide information regarding General Rules, Operation Guideline, Labeling and Packaging Instruction and Shipping Instruction and etc. to suppliers. Provide clarification & support if need.
6. Support liaison between Brand(s) (may also subsidiaries) and Suppliers and/or concerned functions(e.g. Quality Control,Product Industrialization units) regarding any inquiry & complaint for the goods (quality/quantity &/or shipping documents.
7. Periodically prepare/provide updated forecast to suppliers based on data provided by Brand(s) (may also from subsidiaries).
8. Manage documentation & update of Template/Reports/Databases timely and systematically.
9. Support to prepare various routine (e.g. GDP) and ad hoc reports to Manager.
10. Support Legal Dept & Suppliers regarding collection/delivery/clarification of authorization document, suppliers' information update and etc.
11. Support to provide induction briefing/training to new supplier regarding the operation flow & process of Amer Sports.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. University degree is preferred.
2. Good written English.
3. Good Communication & Interpersonal skill.
4. Good computer skill: MS Office (Excel, Word) and Outlook.
5. SAP system experience preferred.
6. Able to work independently.
