Job Responsibilities:

1. Implement sales strategies made by head and achieve annual sales target set by company;

2. Develop, maintain and expand business relationships with strategically important OEMs and dealers;

3. Manage the regional dealers and support them on business exploration;

4. Collect market/competitors information and work together with marketing team for analysis;

5. Monitor the whole sales process, includes but not limited to products spec search, order follow up and coordination with relevant business units to meeting the requirements from customers;

6. Report on existing OEMs status, order forecast and quality complaints handling;

7. Other assignments dominated by direct report manager

Job Skills Requirements:

1. Basic mechanical engineering knowledge;

2. Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;

3. Good English skills both in written and computer-literacy;

4. Integrity, self-motivated, self-discipline, open minded, strong sense of responsibility and accountability;

5. Strong believer in teamwork and team spirit;

6. Business trip frequently

Educational Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, with mechanical engineering/electronics is preferred;

2. At least 5 years working experience in industry product sales, distributor management experience is a plus

 

Certifications:

Drive license
