Job Duties (Tasks, Responsibilities, etc.):

1. Performs technical service and warranty claim for customers in the assigned territory.
2. Maintains and develops the service dealer network in the assigned territory
3. Performs service training to internal and external customers.
4. Works closely with sales team to improve customer satisfaction by execute technical service according to Briggs and Stratton official warranty policy and process, as well as managing customers’ expectation properly.
5. Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:

1. Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering, especially in internal combustion engines
2. Strong in customer service experience and familiar with warranty claim processes.
3. Good interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people.
4. Good planning and organizational skills to effectively handle multiple priorities.
5. Strong skills of presentation, training

   6. Good verbal and written skills in both English and Mandarin.

Education Requirements (Degree and/or additional relevant training):

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Construction Engineering related field.

Experience (Years of related experience):

1 Minimum 3 years’ experience on technical service or training.

2 A plus for working in a cross function environment and/ or in a global culture.
