岗位职责：

1.根据公司发展战略和项目规划明确业务及产品定位，制定并组织实施品牌推广计划；

2.为不同的业务及产品设计线上、线下的推广方案和传播专用渠道， 监督执行活动策划、包装设计、文案编辑、素材搜集、图片美化、视频剪接、宣传资料制作等工作；

3.统筹新媒体运营工作，包括微信公众号、视频号、官网等平台的信息更新和维护，保证高效运作和推广效果；

4.协调公司各部门开展品牌推广活动，加强外部合作，对广告投放数据进行监控和分析，及时向公司反馈重要信息；

5.关注教育行业动态及品牌发展趋势、积极开展市场及用户调研，为公司品牌建设提供专业建议及创新理念；

6.负责品牌职能团队的工作指导、技能培训及日常管理。

任职资格：

1.本科或以上学历，广告学、新闻学、市场营销相关专业优先；

2.三年及以上品牌推广工作经验，专业知识扎实，掌握相应的应用技术及操作流程，熟悉各广告投放渠道及行业规则；

3.具备优秀的文案撰写及编辑能力，能独立撰写策划文体、整合相关素材制作具体方案；

4 熟悉新媒体运营工作、用户洞察意识敏锐、思维灵活，具有教育行业工作经验者优先；

5.具备较强的沟通协调、数据分析及团队管理能力，注重团队合作、工作责任心强。
