1.Drive the requirements gathering process and collaborate with product development and operations to ensure that solutions are efficient, consistent and fulfill business needs.
2.Help to define the product strategy and roadmap.
3.Be an expert with respect to the competition.
4.Specify requirements for current and future products by conducting research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
5.Coordinate and lead product teams to develop new products and extend the lifecycle of existing products
6.Define product positioning and articulated product information to the sales team.
7.Create customer-targeted presentations and present them in conjunction with the sales teams.
8.Brief and train the sales force on the product offering, differentiating aspects and target market and customers.
9.Develop and maintain packaging equipment manufacturer relationships in related market areas.
10.Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.


Requirements:
1.A four-year college degree with emphasis on engineering, marketing or business administration is desirable
2.Several years of direct sales experience in the flexible packaging industry is desirable, or equivalent years of marketing or product development experience.
3.Internal or external seminars on team building, problem solving, business planning, etc.; trade shows and trade publications are additional sources.

1、普工：底薪按当地政府公布的工资标准执行，加班费严格按劳动法规定计算，另有夜班补贴，岗位津贴，全勤奖等福利待遇。
