Job Discription:

1. Conduct regular product inspections during production process and before shipments (bulk material, inline and final inspections), to ensure no orders are sent out form the factory is quality standards do not meet the ECCO requirements.

2. Being in the factories daily and check/support on production issues

3. Create inspection reports and communicate with immediate Supervisor;

4. Support CQ manager with special tasks / process control, critical operations, cutting, stitching, montage audits.

5. Perform the duties compliance to the guiding principle, code of conduct and ECCO policy.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 8 years of work experience in footwear industry;

2. Broad knowledge of component, lab testing standards;

3. Attention to details and analytical skill;

4. High integrity, motivated with strong creative, organizational and planning skills,

5. Excellent communication skills;

6. Basic command of English;

7. Honesty and initiative is highly priority.
