Job description

Supervise Production Scheduling.

-Collate sales forecast from sales / customer service / product management, and maintain forecast in BPCS.

-Work closely with product management to establish and optimize production schedule.

-Ensure BPCS schedule is continuously updated and accurate.

-Work with production department to improve efficiency through job sequencing and accurate planning.

-Coordinate with production and QA to support on-time delivery.

Supervise Inventory Control

-Monitor FG and RM inventory, and prepare weekly / monthly reports.

-Generate MRP (Materials Requirement Plan) and coordinate with Purchasing Department on incoming materials.

-Maintain suitable inventory level to agreed Minimum / Maximum levels.

-Assist in management of Aged, Obsolete and Quarantine stock.

Supervision of EP PMC function.

-Allocation of tasks between Self and EP PMC.

-Coaching of EP PMC role.

Requirements

-Must have excellent communication skills.

-Must have good written and spoken English.

-Must be analytical, with good computer skills.

-Must be honest, ethical and self-motivated.

-Prefer direct experience / education in production scheduling and forecasting.

-Prefer experience working for USA / EU / MNC Company.

-Prefer experience in plastics or chemical industry.
