Requirement Profile

    -Good SQL skills (especially SELECT statements) for accessing Microsoft SQL Server Databases

    -Good English in speaking and writing

    -Good Excel knowledge

    -Familiar with the creation of Pivot-tables

    -Willingness to learn Power Pivot, Power BI, DAX and M

    -General understanding of reports with the special focus on financial controlling

    -Work proactively with the team members and members of other departments

    -Experience in IT and database environment is preferred

 

• Duties

  Report Generation

  - Preparation of reports for publishing

  - Update report’s figures independently

  - Distribute updated reports on request

  - Generate detail list based on existing summary report

  - Extend an existing report independently

   

  Reports requested directly via local Controlling

  - Collect requirements and discuss data model

  - Design and create ad hoc reports based on SQL Query

   

  Data Quality

  - Plausibility Check – Understand figures and plausibility. Check before publishing

  - Data Input Check

  o Help to define required data input

  o Train/Explain to involved users

  o Check actual data input regularly and follow up correction with involved users

   

  Process Management

  - Clarify and understand business processes reflected in Novi ERP-system

  - Who inputs what and when? And what is the exact meaning?

  - Help to uniform the data input across all departments/users
