JOB DUTIES (Tasks, Responsibilities, etc.):

1. To responsible for employee expense review and record ,prepare ESG&A report to managers,

ensuring supporting documents are sufficient, company approval matrix are well executed and well controls of spending.

2. Support to prepare wire transfer in E-bank and well manage the payment process.  

3. To take charge of cost loading and analysis in SAP system,review physical inventory and monitor working capital.  

4. Take full lead of tax issue  eg prepare quarterly tax package preparation ,routine tax reporting and planning ,tax policy update and coach to team.  

5. Take part in activities required for month-end closing (preparing and posting MJE, running reports) according to the respective business deadlines.   

6. Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliation according to GAAP.  

7. Coordinate misc. functions related to different requirements internally and externally and provide timely and appropriate financial information.  

8. Ad hoc task 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:

1. Good MS-office user skills (especially Excel, Word)

2. Good communication skill and good team working skills

3. ERP system knowledge, SAP knowledge/experience is preferred

4. Willing to learn, energetic, and hard-working under pressure

5. Creative thinking and can do spirit

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Degree and/or additional relevant training and years of related experience):

1. Bachelor degree or equivalent in accounting or finance plus 5-6 years relevant practical experiences.

2. Good command of written English, CET4 is required
