Key responsibilities

? Develop and implement the Product Line strategy in China, in close collaboration with the Global Product Management team

? Provide solid market understanding of Chinese market to global and local organization

? Cooperate with local product Dept. as well as drive and develop product and application knowledge

? Support sales units and Ensure effective implementation

? Support Big OEMs in the development of new and existing contracts

? Actively work to support growth projects, new offers and launches

? Identify and drive the development of new business opportunities for new and existing customers, in close collaboration with sales units

? Monitor competitor activities and develop market and competitor intelligence

? Ensure follow-up and continuously link market progress and objectives to Product Line strategies, plans and priorities

Knowledge and experience required

? Bachelor degree or above in Engineering & machinery ，Mechatronics or Business Administration

? Good technical knowledge and background of Vacuums pump products and applications

? More than 5 years working experience in Vacuum industry, Marketing, Business Development, preferably with intercultural experiences

? Good business understanding and business skills, as well as strategic thinking

? Ability to work independently and to take and drive own initiatives

? Experience in strategy development and implementation

? Good communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese

? Ability and willingness to work in cross-functional and international teams

? Willingness to travel, both regionally and internationally

? Auto CAD (PTC CREO)
