职位描述
1、有8年以上塑胶模具设计经验；2年以上同职位工作经验。
2、精通各种模具结构、如双色模，齿轮模，手机/电脑套，电子周边产品，熟悉工艺流程，能处理模具设计的异常问题;有丰富模具结构设计经验，熟悉HASCO，DME设计标准;熟悉常用塑胶原料特性和模具钢材特性。
3、能够独立开展设计工作，熟悉做设计前期工作，DFM分析与客户沟通问题，能熟练应运UG、AutoCAD、PRO/E等绘图软件。
4、对设计部工作任务完成进度、完成质量、人员管控、部门沟通协调有实际工作经验，对设计工程师提供技术支持。
5、辅助制定公司的（塑胶模具设计标准）优化部门流程，工作认真负责，态度好，沟通协调能力强。
6、有主人翁责任精神，能带领设计人员打造出一个和谐、团结互助、齐心拼搏的优秀设计团队。
任职要求:
1.30-48岁，中专以上模具设计相关专业
2.八年以上手机电脑套，汽车零配件或医疗器材精密塑胶模具设计经验，精通精密模具结构，有模具装配经验者优先
3.熟练使用UG设计软件，使用CAD出散件图，
4.有领导力、有魄力，有较强的沟通能力及处理事情的应变能力。
