3、能以良好的心态服务客户，并对客户进行引导，促成交易；
4、能耐心的为客户提供售后服务，及时解决客户提出的问题和要求，
并能解决一般投诉；
5、思维敏捷，责任心强，对本职工作有使命感，沟通能力强，有团队合作精神。
