Key Responsibilities:

• Take care the TPR injection shoe development.
• Support US Development and Design for new concept and new projects.
• Work with factories, work on new projects from tech package to production trials.
• Development in Sample size confirmed.
• Commercialization projects into production.
• Ensure the products on-hold are followed up properly.

Job Requirements:

• TPR injection shoe PD experience is a MUST.
• Minimum 10 - 15 years of shoes development, import & export work experience, preferably in athletic footwear industry.
• Must be independent worker in charge of full category, development and commercialization.
• Extensive knowledge of shoemaking factory supply chains and cross-country manufacturers.
• Familiar with different footwear construction and materials types.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, precise, proactive.
