Responsibility:

Manage all the functions teams in the supply chain. Play a key role in this organization, in charge of the whole supply chain processes with strong experience of leadership.

- Direct the development and management of key supply chain functions including Purchasing, Planning, Warehouse Management, and Logistic Supports. 

- Create common approach and process in key areas resulting in driven by Key Performance Index, functional collaboration, leveraged capabilities and continues improvements.

- Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to promote performance that are aligned with charter. Sucessfully completed key initiatives and set foundation for future state.

- Build up strategic partnership culture with suppliers through quarterly business review, Supplier Conference and joint Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts. 

Requirements:

- Fluent English in speaking, reading, writing 

- Skillful in Microsoft office including PPT, Excels

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and /or experience

- At least 6years working experience in electronic manufacturing background

- At least 3years working experience in management roles

- Have solid Multicultural international company background
