Job Summary

    

    

A.      Responsible for  Factory System Assurance and Management:

    

-         Factory Audit including Social, QS, Security;

    

-         Factory System Improvement & Corrective Action Check;

    

-         Factory Certificate & Documents Review and Ability Maintain Supervision;

    

-         Factory Qualification (FAMA,ES, FCCA,SCS...)&Certification Apply and Follow Up;

    

-         Customers Factory Audit Arrangement and CAP Follow Up;

    

    

B.      Responsible for Assuring Company Internal System Assurance:

    

-         Internal Audit;

    

-         Integrity and Code of Conduct Monitor;

    

-         SOP Implement/Training/Supervision;

    

-         Work Flow Advice;

    

-         Factory Audit/Internal Documents Reviews;

    

    

Minimum Requirement:

    

More than 5 years of working experience at social and quality system, at least  2 years of experience of social audit, eg: ICTI, WCA, BSCI, SEDEX……

    

Proficient & Strong knowledge of China law about working hour, labor law… …, Well understanding with standard of ILO, ICTI,SA8000, ISO9000, … …;

    

Good experience of work with worldwide retailers and knowledge of understanding for US, EU customers ( Walmart, Disney, Target, Toy & Us, Mattel…) requirement;

    

Fluency of writing and spoken English is perferred.
