4.负责人员招聘工作，简历筛选、面试和跟进工作

5.员工入职、离职、转正、劳动合同签订等手续办理

6.负责收集、整理和保存各类人事档案资料，及时归档

7.负责公司员工每月考勤的核对、整理、汇总

8.负责各项人事费用的申请

9.负责更新维护员工花名册、组织架构图等人事报表

10.协助办理外国人工作证和签证工作

11.负责协助人事经理安排的其他工作

岗位要求：

1.本科学历，人力资源管理、法律、英语等相关专业，欢迎优秀应届毕业生投递

2.熟悉劳动法、劳动合同法，熟悉国家及地方各项劳动人事政策法规优先

3.英语口语和书写能力良好，英语能作为工作语言者优先

3.具有较强人际沟通能力及有亲和力，能够承受工作压力

4.实习期间表现俱佳者，经过考核可转为正式员工
