Responsibilities：

• Achieve the company's financial goals and objectives by collaborating with the Managing Director and partnering with logistics, cross-functional teams and vendors.
• 通过与总经理、物流、跨职能团队和供应商的合作，实现公司的财务目标。
• Maximize cross-functional partnerships to support the execution of sourcing strategies.
• ***化跨部门合作伙伴关系，以支持采购策略的执行。
• Establish and maximize key vendor relationships, effectively manage vendor/factory matrix health
• 建立并***化关键供应商关系，有效管理供应商/工厂矩阵的健康状况
• Coach and elevate vendors, assist in program execution and bring insights on product trends and business opportunities for assigned product categories and geographic markets.
• 指导和提升供应商，协助项目执行，为指定的产品类别和地区市场带来产品趋势和商业机会的洞察
• Execute production management from cost/lead-time negotiation, supply chain mapping, risk assessment to production planning and issue resolutions etc. to ensure our oversights are there end to end. 
• 执行生产管理，从成本/交货期谈判，供应链映射，风险评估到生产计划和问题解决等，以确保我们的疏忽完全到位
• Manage in-cycle and off-cycle sourcing activities at the same time.

Requirements:

任职要求：

• Strong US, EU kitchenware sourcing background is preferred
• 有美国、欧盟厨具采购背景者优先
• Solid experience from large-scale US, EU sourcing company preferred
• 有美国、欧盟大型采购公司工作经验者优先
• Bachelor or Master degree required
• 本科或硕士学位
• 10+ years sourcing, merchandising and/or retail experience (Global or Brand experience preferred)
• 10年以上采购、销售和/或零售经验(有全球或品牌经验者优先)
• Extensive knowledge of US, EU retail industry is strongly desired
• 对美国、欧盟零售业有广泛的了解
• Proven project management skill, including coaching geographically remote vendors
• 具备项目管理技能，包括指导地理位置偏远的供应商
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
• 优秀的中英文沟通能力
• Excellent interpersonal skills, experience in working with dynamic, multiple & remote stakeholders required
• 优秀的人际关系技巧，有与多方利益相关者合作的经验
• Strong problem solving, negotiation, planning and organizational skills required
