Packaging Engineer

Report to the Engineering Manager

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for ODM project packaging materials development, proofing and trial-produce.

负责ODM项目包装材料的开发、打样、试产

2) Responsible for mold drawing review, mold development, and acceptance of mold development work.

负责模具图纸的审核，模具的开发，和模具的验收

3) Responsible for material requirements for various paper packaging and the communication to other departments.

负责各种纸制品包装的材料需求并负责跟其他部门沟通

4) Support quality improvement and production line improvement.

支持量产产品质量的提高和生产线的改进

5) In charge to make mock-up packaging with sample cutting machine.

负责操作割样机做样品

6) Follow and implement weekly Sample Making Plan.

执行每周的打样计划

7) Review graphic artwork files and confirm feasibility to produce.

检查文档并确认适用于生产的可行性

8) Prepare digital prints of new artwork to confirm layout.

打印数码稿来确定文档

9) Prepare Manufacturing Input Sheet and Bill of Materials (BoM) for new productes.

准备新产品生产制造清单和物料清单

Requirements:

1） University or college graduate

本科或大专毕业

2） Mandatory 2+ years of working experience in printing and packaging

2年以上印刷包装行业工作经验

3） Good communication in written English and Mandarin

良好的中英文读写能力

4） Good command of Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Outlook, Auto CAD, and Microsoft Excel

良好的Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Outlook, Auto CAD, and Microsoft Excel操作技巧

5） Key Personal strengths: hard-working, detail-oriented, and communicate well
