东莞招聘

岗位职责：

 1.   审核各类原始票据，遇到有疑问的票据及时提出，按报销及付款流程及时进行现金收付及网银制单；

 2.   建立完整的《现金日记帐》和《银行存款日记帐》，出纳应根据各类票据收付性质准确登记完整，并每天结出余额与实物进行核对，做到日清月结，帐实相符； 

 3.   严格执行现金及银行存款管理制度，不得坐支现金，不得白条抵库，严格按规定使用、保管支票等银行结算票据； 

 4.   严格保管好公司的各类有价证券、票据；

 5.   发票购买、保管、开具，维护开票系统；

 6.   每周编制资金使用汇总表发送给会计和财务主管；

 7.   出纳不得擅自挪用公款，对擅自挪用公款的，公司将按相关法律规定处理；

 8.   制作工资表、核对确保工资表计算无误；      

 9. 上级安排的其他工作。

任职资格：

1. 大专或以上学历，财务管理、会计类相关专业毕业，具有初级或以上职称及会计从业资格证；
2. 2年以上本职工作经验，具有全面的会计专业知识以及扎实的操作能力，能高效完成本职工作；
3. 熟悉国家财税法规和有关管理要求，熟悉操作一般纳税人税控系统；
4. 熟练使用用友、金蝶、SAP等财务管理软件，熟悉操作WORD、EXCEL、PPT等办公软件；
5. 语言表达能力良好，思维逻辑清晰，能承受一定的工作压力；
6. 具备良好的职业道德，忠于职守、廉洁奉公、遵纪守法。
