1、非标自动化设备、工装、流水线、专机的整体方案规划、项目管理

2、外购设备的方案评审、参与供应商评估

3、估算非标设备的设计成本和制造成本，负责自制和外购设备中用到的材料、元器件的评估和确认。

4、带领设计团队完成非标设备装配图、零件图纸的绘制，参与制造过程中的质量跟踪；

5、生产现场调试过程中进行技术指导、协调与沟通；

6、完成技术资料的整理归档，操作手册；

7、非标自动化团队的培养、日常管理工作

任职资格: 

1. 32-42周岁，机械设计及制造、电气自动化、机电类相关专业，本科及以上学历； 

2. 熟悉自动化项目，非标设备，自动化生产线目管理经验或能力，5年以上非标自动化设备经验

3. 熟悉使用办公软件，相关机械设计软件，熟悉相关项目管理软件； 

4. 有非标成套项目管理经验； 

5. 良好的团队管理能力，优秀的客户沟通协调能力，能及时有效处理项目各阶段出现的突发问题； 

6. 具备扎实的项目管理知识，5年以上非标自动化设备项目管理经验；
