JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

    

    

1. Communicate the spec issues between client and vendors, follow sample process.
2. Make 3D CAD Engineering drawings
3. Monitor the vendors in quality-test by the 3rd lab.
4. Lead pre-production meeting to specify for mass production.
5. Check sample quality, workmanship, finishes, per the spec and drawing.
6. Identify potential risk of product in construction, material.
7. Work out solution together with vendors.
8. Identify the root reason of production failure together with QA team
9. Provide cost-saving solution to Merchant colleague
10. Work with vendor and QA team for high D&Q items and provide solution
11. Review & approve AI and PDS files
12. Familiar with protocol requirements and verify testing standard with Singapore QA teammate and 3rd party labs
13. Additional responsibilities and performs special projects capabilities as needed are desired  

                                                        

    

    

JOB HOLDER’S COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:

    

    

1. Strong product knowledge.
2. Proficient in 3D CAD drawing – Solid work/Autodesk/ Simulations capabilities.
3. Good understanding of product process.
4. Good communication skill with vendors.
5. Familiar with in door hardware product.
6. Good English in both writing and oral.
7. Spirit of team work and willing to travel frequently.
