Responsibilities: 工作范围：

·Serves customers by providing product and service information. Process orders.  Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and the company.

负责货款跟踪、订单维护；

·To handle incoming enquiries (by both e-mail & phone) in a mature and professional manner

专业有效地处理日常客户 查询；

·To process customer’s order efficient and accurately

负责每日订单输入，日常跟单；

·To closely monitor the order status and maintain up-to-date information in system

保证客户信息于公司系统内的完整和准确性；

· To handle customer’s complaint in a professional way

接受并处理客户投诉；

· To work with customer / planner / logistics colleagues closely to make sure delivery on time

与其他部门协调（如生产计划部，物流部），确保货期等；

·Identify customer’s specific needs and escalate their concerns to Supervisor when it is necessary

必要时适当地将客户要求上报， 或寻求上司协助；

Requirements:要求：

· Tertiary education

大专以上学历；

· Excellent communication skills both in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

英语书写流利，可以进行日常英语口语和广东话沟通 ;  

· Good service minded

有服务意识；

· Strong in problem solving and details-oriented

认真仔细，勤勉敬业；

· Proactive working attitude

主动及良好的工作态度；

·Able to work under pressure, mature, independent and self-motivated

能承受工作压力，能独立自主完成工作；

·  3 years+ follow up orders experience in foreign company

3 年或以上於外資工作的客户服务经验
