主要工作职责：（描述具体的工作职责）

1. 作为设计专家，与本地和全球测试、失效分析、设计等团队合作，为3D NAND闪存产品的质量失效问题或客户问题提供解决方案，包括电路设计咨询、问题分析、器件故障探测和故障模型（根本原因）分析；

2. 作为设计专家，与产品设计验证团队合作进行流片后的设计验证工作，包括提供设计咨询、设计验证和失效分析等；

3. 作为设计专家，与测试团队合作，优化测试流程或程序，以减少测试时间，实现项目进度和产品上市时间；

4. 作为一名电路设计工程师，与全球设计团队一起参与目前尖端的3D NAND存储器设计以及验证工作，包括运行数字或模拟全芯片仿真来验证设计；

资质和经验

1. 电子工程/材料相关专业，硕士学历，或相关领域对等工作经验；

2. 理解基本的模拟/数字电路图及版图；

3. 能够理解Verilog编码设计，仿真，波形；

4. 具备排查和分析复杂问题的能力；

5. 具备多任务能力和按时交付的能力；

6. 具备在快速、动态的环境中达成目标的能力；

7. 自我激励和自我导向，同时具备出色的与他人协作完成工作的能力；

8. 良好的沟通能力和人际交往技巧。

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. As a design expert, co-operate with local & global testing, failure analysis, design teams, etc. to provide design support for 3D NAND flash products qualification/customer issue related tasks, including design consulting, silicon debugging, and root cause analysis;

2. As a design expert, co-operate with silicon validation team to validate the design on silicon, including provide design consulting, silicon sighting analysis and failure root cause;

3. As a design expert, co-operate with test teams to optimize the test flow or program to reduce the test time and achieve the project schedule and product time to market;

4. As a circuit designer, working with global design team on the cutting-edge 3D NAND memory design and validation, including running digital or analog full-chip simulations to validate the design;

REQUIREMENTS (Qualifications, experience and functional skills/competencies that are essential for the position) 

 Qualifications, experience 

1. Requires Electronic/Material Engineering MS degree or equivalent with engineering background;

2. Ability to read and understand basic analog/digital circuit design schematics and layout;

3. Ability to read and understand Verilog coded design, simulate and check waveforms;

4. Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems;

5. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines;

6. Have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment;

7. Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people; 

8. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
