一、岗位职责：

1、接收客人新开发资讯，内部沟通制定时间表，交接至内部各部门（含面底版师,PE, 报价,资材）；

2、监督和指导本组负责型体的所有开发工作，指导开发员购买样品材料，发样品单保证样品准时出货。

3、和美国客人每天来回E-mail 沟通，防止错误发生的机率；对口NLO 开发沟通产品问题改善；

4、审核初级开发员的样品，信息准确性，样品单签核，材料签核，签核和交接量产色卡/量产确认鞋等。

5、统筹所有相关事情，制定计划，把关质量，监督面底样技术人员把样品质量做好             

6、更新开发系统，向客人反馈样品问题；  

7、培训新的开发员，指导其独立跟进型体。

8、上级安排的其他工作。

二、任职要求:

1、大专以上学历，有英语基础（需回复客户邮件）

2、10年以上鞋业经验，其中至少5年以上NIKE鞋开发跟单经验。
