工作职责ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.熟悉和了解本部门各个环节的工作情况

Be familiar with and understand the work of each function of the department

2.催办落实上级指示，并将领导的政策和经营方针及时传达本部门员工，做到上传下达，使本部门工作顺利进行

To urge the implementation of the instructions from the superiors, and timely convey the policies and operating principles of the leaders to the staff of the department, so as to ensure the smooth work of the department

3.跟踪和审核供应商提交的文件，文件分类和合同归档

Follow up and review vendor submitted document, document classification and contract filing

4.协助领导优化程序文件，及时向主管或经理提供建设性意见

Assist leader to optimize procedure documentation and provide constructive comments to supervisor or manager in time

5.支持采购团队的日常运作

Support the purchasing team in all day-to-day operations where needed

6.服从上级安排，支持部门内部工作调动

Obey the arrange?of the?supervisors , Support internal transfer

职位要求QUALIFICATIONS

7. 本科以上学历，四年制大学(商务、供应链或技术专业优先)，有一定的公文写作能力

Bachelor’s degree from four-year university (Business, Supply Chain, or Technical preferred). Ability to write official documents

8. 1年以上办公室工作经验，应届毕业生优先

1+ year of experience in an office role, fresh grad welcome

9. 工作热情积极、细致耐心具有有效沟通的能力，并能与内部及外部客户保持良好的关系

Enthusiastic , positive , meticulous and patient. Ability to communicate effectively and maintain relations with internal and external customers

10. 熟练使用office 办公 软件，包括Microsoft Word、Excel和Power Point

Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

11. 必须能够学习新的软件程序

Must be able to learn new Software programs

CIT DG is located in the Xinhu Industrials Park, Dengwu village, Qiaotou Town, quite near to the Qiaotou Bus Station. It’s a modern facilities and convenient traffic factory. The company covers a land area of 10,556 square meters (i.e. 114, 000 square feet), owns a National standard Clean Room as well as Mold Tooling Room for Medical grade products, Injection and over molding tool design. The company implements advanced SAP system for internal management. Our current headcount are more than 400 and will be increasing to meet fast and continuous business growth.
