职位描述

We are looking for a Business Development Manager, who will be responsible for finding and identifying new potential customers for Cloud Computing Solutions (Server & Networking) markets in .

Job Responsibility

ü       Develop and maintain strategic business relationship with targeted segments’ customers.

ü       Indentify short and long terms customers’ needs and derive service offerings to win new business.

ü       Apply your knowledge to support the company with strategy and tactic development.

ü       Collects, reviews and analyzes customer data and market intelligence from all sources.

ü       Work with marketing group to research and summarize information relating to a specific market segments including strategies and direction, market share, strengths, weaknesses and competition, etc.

ü       Work with solution team to develop bids, proposals and presentations packages against customers’ requirement.

ü       Drive and support any quote activity with cross-functional teams within a specific site.

ü       Lead and direct cross-functional teams to ensure resources are in place to meet your business needs, objectives and assigned targets.

ü       Meet or exceed assigned sales target.

Qualification/Requirements

ü       Bachelor degree or above in Business or related discipline, MBA preferred.

ü       More than 8 years of working experience, at least 5 years in sales or business development related positions, experience in MNC is preferred.

ü       Fluent in both Mandarin and English

ü       Excellent communication and presentation skills.

ü       Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skill and ability to deal with people at all levels.

ü       Good knowledge in Server or Networking markets with strong business analysis capabilities.

ü       Proven records in winning new customer/project

ü       Ability to work with and influence other individuals in non-confrontational manner.

ü       Mature, aggressive and result oriented

ü       Strong teamwork skills with ability to work with and influence other individuals in a non-confrontational manner.

ü       High level of proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software
