职位描述
岗位职责：
- Oversees the master planning process for some/ all customers at the site.
- Interfaces with CFT, QA, Production, buying, Planning and customers to compile, develop, validate, and communicate production/shipments plans that support overall business goals.
- Coordinates planning on customer requirements, and changes in volumes.
- Tracks and reports key SCM metrics by the customer by month.
- Develops and deploys new/enhanced planning processes for SCM team.
- Supports site-wide production readiness of NPI, new products, line re-assignment and engineering changes.
- Good knowledge of an electronics manufacturing environment, material and processes
- Good understanding of specific customers' business, organization, products and processes
- Familiar to SAP and rapid response system and good analytical and statistical skills.
- Knowledge of basic computer applications such as WORD, Excel, PowerPoint and multiple business applications.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy and working under tight time deadlines.
- Ability to evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
