职位描述:新产品导入： 

1. 产品２Ｄ图纸的绘制发布及部件确认、新产品的相关测试样品跟进及测试跟踪、 

2. 产品失效模式风险评估及报告、生产制程分析、 

3. 工序定义及标准工时测定、装配辅助设备及工装夹具的定义、方案审核及验收 

4. ＳＯＰ的制作发布、试产跟进、量产指导及跟进等。

5. 跟客户就相关事宜进行沟通。 

产品的持续改善： 

1. 产品改善协助客户对产品测试和生产组装问题的改善; 

2. 在产品修改过程中跟进2D和3D更新; 

3. 产品修改后试装并提供样办给客户测试; 

4. 根据客户要求组装相关测试样办;修改样办确认后跟椐试模报告更新并发布图纸到生产部门; 

5. 对修改产品制定ECN通知相关部门;跟进因产品更新涉及的相关包装物料的更新; 

6. 根据修改后的零部件和更新后的包装物料对BOM表进行更新； 

7. 定期与客户进行SKYPE会议对产品相关问题进行总结；分析产线上异常问题； 

8. 为产线上设治冶具并对不良冶具指导夹具技术员进行维修。 

任职资格： 

1、男女不限，大专以上学历，机械类相关专业； 

2、2年以上产品开发或产品工程师工作经验 

3、熟练使用画图软件,Solidworks等; 

4、英语听说读写熟练； 

5、责任心强,具有良好的合作精神及沟通协调能力
