Responsibility: 

-Work in NPI project, together with design team to define the test strategy and test specification for the product 

- Carry out front-end feasibility study, prototyping, pilot run and production line start-up/support in vendor 

- Create product test procedure, set up test equipment and communicate test progress and issues to the development team 

-Work with the test vendor to realize the test fixture/test station.

-Setup and qualify the test stations

-Debug, test and document test results of production for wire and wireless headset product 

- Have a close cooperation with test equipment development companies to ensure the quality is as required. 

Qualifications: 

-Bachelor degree or above in Communication Electrical Engineering and 5+ years product test experience 

- Production test engineering experience on line or experience developing test equipment. 

-Experience with acoustic test equipment, i.e. Audio Precision, B&K , SoundCheck and CRY and equivalent is a plus
