职位描述
1. 主导解决新硅胶/塑胶产品生产过程中出现的注塑问题，收集数据，给出分析方案，提出改善意见，验证改善效果。
Leading in problem solving for molding process, collect related data, provide corrective action, verify improve effect
2, 主导硅胶/塑胶材料特性的分析工艺参数，跟进试模进度，判断试模结果。
Leading in LSR/plastic material characteristic analysis, tracking molding trial run progress, confirm the mold trial result.
3.参与新硅胶/塑胶模具设计DFM检讨会，识别硅胶/塑胶模具设计可能的对制程产生的风险，提出改善与预防措施。
Participate in DFM review meeting, identify risks in the new molding design, propose precaution and prevention action.
4. 注塑工艺的过程能力分析，合理利用DOE建立稳定的注塑工艺，关键工艺CPK 至少1.33以上。
Analyze molding process capability, build stable injection process with DOE and reach CPK at least 1.33.
5. 协助模具工程师解决新模具（硅胶模/塑胶模）开发及验证过程中出现的问题。
Assist tooling Engineer to identify and solve issues of new molds design and verification.
6. 优化注塑参数，指导寻找***参数实验计划, 提供成型参数做OQ, PQ
Optimize parameters and to run molding process characterization to meet OQ and PQ validation requirement.
7.参与硅胶/塑胶注塑工艺的持续改善，包括试模流程的改进，提高试模成功率，优化参数，提高注塑的效率与质量。
Participate in LSR/plastic molding process continuing improvement, including optimize mold trial procedure and improve productivity and quality.
8.硅胶新产品转移过程中，参与对与硅胶相关的工装治具，模具的评估
Estimate LSR Tool and fixtures during new silicon products transfer project.1. 大专以上学历，材料成型与控制工程专业优先。
College diploma or above， major in Material Processing and control Engineering is preferred。
2. 3年或者3年以上硅胶和塑胶成型经验，熟悉胶硅和塑胶材料特性，有液态硅胶注塑经验优先。
3+ Years of working experience in silicone and plastic molding, Familiar with silicone material and plastic material characteristic. LSR molding experience is preferred.
3. 熟悉新工具的应用，如DOE，鱼骨图,5W
Good at applying new tools, such as DOE, fish-bone and 5W.
4. CET-4或以上，读写良好，口语优秀的优先
CET 4 or above, good writing and reading in English. Excellent oral English is preferred.
