Function Requirements

Education: College degree or above

Experience:Above 8 years of working experience in sales or customer service related. At least 3 years management experience

Skills:

1.Excellent communication skills;

2.Fluent in English;

3.Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

4.Customer oriented;

5.Management ability.

Responsibilities:

1.Build and keep good communication with the domestic customers markets, and maintain the regular contacts with their SCM teams on product quality issues & improvement requests, service concerns and product promotion opportunities.

2.Build strong in-depth relationship with customer through understanding the customer needs and satisfying the needs; conduct the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey and follow up with customer on the issue mentioned.

3.Track the overall market evolution and provide marketing analysis report/updates to the organization management including the total solution proposals.

4.Work out & implement the store visit plan, to well understand the products in the markets, and well understand the needs/requirements from the customers.

5.Windows of dealing the customer complaints, and follow up with the related departments.

6.Initiate, update and monitor policies and procedures which have been or need to be implemented in Customer Service to increase the operation efficiency and improve the marketing results.

7.Manage and monitor the entire domestic sales cycle, from the order receiving to the product delivery.  And follow up with DCs on QIP status on monthly basis.

8.Handle the export order cycle, from the order receiving to the product loading.

9.Follow with CIQ, monitor the shipment arrangements to ensure the on-time delivery, and no any out-of stock happened.

10.Manage the carriers, and ensure their performance increasing and meet the requirements both from Bama and the customers.

11.Responsible for the data collecting and the sales reports checking which from the A/P BDP and customers on pie sales.

12.Track usage of all customers’ product in all the locations and use information to generate various reports and analyses on monthly basis.

13.Investigate and resolve the claims reported by customers, check with the details.

14.Perform the related responsibilities as required or directed.
