Main responsibilities:

主要职责包括：

1.     According to company and client requirement, review audit report and related documents to ensure its conformity, accuracy and completeness.

根据公司和客户的要求，审核评估报告和文件，确保一致性、准确性和完整性；

2.     According to company and client requirement, handle and upload audit report in company or clients’ system or database.

根据公司或客户要求，在公司或客户的系统或数据库中处理审核报告和上传报告；

3.     Update and keep track of quality assurance review records in database system, prepare monthly report for report review.

更新和跟踪数据库系统的质量保证评审记录，准备与报告审核有关的月度报告；

4.     Regularly sum up report common errors and conduct training to auditors regarding report writing and report quality.

定期进行报告常见问题汇总，根据需要对审核员进行书写报告以及报告质量方面的提升培训；

5.     Reply relative complaint and technical feedback from clients.

回答客户的相关投诉或技术反馈；

6.     Timely report the report quality to department responsible person.

及时向相关部门负责人汇报报告质量问题；

7.     Complete other tasks assigned by superior.

完成上级领导安排的其他事项。

 

Job Requirement:

职位要求：

1.     Bachelor degree and equivalent education level, English major preferred. Other education level and major can be considered for job applicant with relevant work experience.

具有学士学位或同等学历，英语专业优先，有相关工作经验者可对学历及专业放宽要求；

2.     Job applicant with auditor work experience is preferred.

有审核员工作经验者优先；

3.     Fluent English reading and writing ability.

流利的英语读写能力；

4.     Master Microsoft office application including Word, Excel, Outlook and etc.

精通微软Office应用程序，包含Word、Excel、Outlook等；

5.     Good communication and coordination ability and obedient to work assignment.
