Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for new project quotation, provide initial quotes for new business by utilizing customer-provided data -blueprints, CAD, Excel, etc.

2. Identifies manufacturing processes, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Complete Cost Breakdown Sheets.

3.Compute costs by analyzing labor, material, and process time requirements.

4.Coordinate with quality, engineering, purchasing and all cross functional teams as required to ensure accurate cost and process information

5. Work with the account managers, develop customer cost breakdown forms as required.

6. Provide cost variance and gap analysis of current and quoted jobs as required

7. Analyze and track quote data to identify trends by customer, product commodity, and manufacturing location.

8. Collect historical data by tracking actual costs and compare against quoted costs. Identify gaps and develop plans to close the gaps

Requirements：

1.Bachelor Degree, Majored in Mechanical or Engineering is preferred

2.Over 8 years of quotation experience and has lead team experience

3.At least 5 years in connector and cable assembly industrial, familiar with Cable, Metal, Plastic products.

4.Experienced in Solid works and CAD

5. Good English speaking is strong required

6. Attention to detail and accuracy

7. Good knowledge on ISO9001 and ISO13485 is plus
