岗位职责： 

1.完善培训体系，制定、完善培训相关制度、流程和规范；

2.负责相应领域的内外部资源有效管理和协调使用； 

3.负责组织项目各阶段客户满意度调查及分析； 

4.负责对培训效果进行评估，跟踪培训效果及学员行为的转化； 

5.负责新入职员工的岗前培训,在岗培训，中高层培训及户外拓展； 

6.负责员工生日会、座谈会、年会策划组织。
