工作职责   Responsibilities

  

1. Machine maintenance and setup. Mechanical parts repair of CNC machine. 机器安装及维护。

2. Trouble shooting the machining parts for counter measures. 快速解决问题及防范措施。

3. Leading problem solving activities and escalation on time. 领导解决问题及及时汇报给相关人员。

4. Define technical process and parameters in high precision machine.定义工厂CNC技术过程参数

5. Create and maintain technical document such as FMEAs, machine instruction and TPM plan.创建及维护技术文档， 例如失效模式分析， 机器维护指引和维护

6. Follow and contribute to related KPIs in MSE team. 跟进生产部门相关的生产指标。

7. Willing to accept additional task。 乐意接受额外的工作。

    

任职要求   Requirements

  

1. Familiar with G/M code programing. 熟悉程序编程G/M代码。

2. Willing to hands on machines.乐意处理机器相关的问题。

3. Fluent English. (Mechanical terms) 英语读写流利。

4. Optical knowledge is prefer. 有光学经验更好。

5. Solid experience on fixture design of CNC lathe. 丰富的车床夹具设计经验。

6. Strong in communication and interpersonal skill. 较强的沟通能力及人与人之间的沟通能力。

7. Result oriented. 以结果为导向。
