一、负责对各种饭菜的加工制作，保证食品质量。 

 二、严格遵守作息时间，按时开餐，不擅离职守; 

 三、服从分配，按质、按量、按时烹制饭菜，做到饭菜可口，保热保鲜; 

 四、负责控制好菜的份量，缺菜时及时补菜。 

 五、负责控制成本，节约燃料、节约食品物料。 

 六、负责每天搞好各区域清洁工作。 

 七、负责每天对原物料进行接收、贮存、保鲜。

任职要求： 

1、3年以上酒店或工厂食堂工作经验； 

2、有厨师证、健康证，擅长粤菜、川菜系列； 

3、能吃苦耐劳，工作认真负责，服从上级领导的工作安排； 

4、有酒店、餐厅工作经验者优先。
