1、掌握总经理的日程安排，为总经理接见访客做好预约工作； 

2、负责公司文件、公文的草拟及函件的接收、登记、保密、传递、保管、督办和文书归档工作；

 3、负责公司及总经办相关会议的组织及撰写会议纪要，在上级领导下负责企业具体管理工作的布置、实施、检查、督促、落实执行情况；

 4、协助总经办主任开展总经办各项工作并落实执行； 

5、完成公司领导交代的其他、临时事务等。

【任职要求】 

1、专科以上学历，企业管理、人力资源管理学或相关专业。

 2、接受过人力资源管理、企业运营管理、秘书工作等培训。

 3、5年以上总经理助理或秘书相关工作经验，对企业的部门协调等有预见和处理能力。 

4、熟悉国家、地区的法律法规；具备解决突发事件的能力；较强的分析、解决问题能力，逻辑思维强，考虑问题细致。 

5、高度的敬业精神及高涨的工作激情，能接受高强度的工作，工作态度积极乐观，善于与各类性格的人交往，待人公平，具有高度的团队精神，责任心强
