3、做好绩效解读、输出与答疑工作、绩效评估、绩效分析，助推组织绩效的发展

4、开发培训课题，编制培训教材，编写培 训教案；

5、拓展培训渠道和培训资源并应用于公司培训；

6、制订、组织、实施公司年度和月度培训计划；

7、薪酬制度、流程体系及调薪机制建设，薪酬标准制定；

8、协助制定薪酬预算，评估与薪酬有关的数据和资料；

9、编制薪酬报表，进行薪酬统计、分析、控制、改进、跟踪；

要求：

1、人力资源管理、心理学本科或以上学历，3年以上人力工作经验；

2、至少2个以上HR模块工作经验，熟悉薪酬绩效管理工作； 

3、工作积极主动、细致、强烈的责任感和团队合作精神；

4、良好的逻辑思维和人际关系。
