 Responsibilities：

• Create customers in Chinese ERP and update them if needed
•  Create products in Chinese ERP and maintain the codes
•  Maintain the FOB prices and the list of prices per clients
•  Validate orders received
•   Make sure containers are following condition of the current opened contract of deliveries in term of prices (insurance; freight, list of prices, additional documents…)
• Create partial request of payment according to sales contract
•  Communicate clearing and shipping documents to clients together with payment request
•  Follow up on payments
•  Help to recognize the payments together with accounting
•  Analysis the balance of payment and warn on credit client capacity
• Forecast the coming payments to raise the treasury plan (Kiwi)
• Reconcile each proforma with the client PO, with all deliveries done, payments done, write down and communicate any issues, ask for correction and close the case properly
• Ensure accordance of spares codification
• Support the sourcing team to harmonize process of payments as supply will do for PO

Requirements:

• Customer oriented and proactive
• Able to use ERP system
• Good level of Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills.
