职责描述：
1.在研发阶段为服务器/存储/企业平台创建信号完整性测试和验证计划，包括资源分配，测试计划假设和测试项目范围。
2.按时间表执行测试计划中的特定测试项目。应根据问题的发生和调试进行灵活的调整。
3.向研发团队报告测试/验证执行进度和问题，并跟踪从创建到结束的问题。
4.与研发团队和其他测试工程师合作，进行调试，故障分析和修复在测试过程中发现的问题。
5.评估和开发测试方法，以减少测试时间并增加测试覆盖率。

任职要求：
1.学士或M.S.电气工程或相关领域，3年以上硬件板级测试经验，并具有相关知识。
2.深入了解PC /服务器/存储结构概念，尤其是从电气方面。
3.信号完整性理论的工作知识。
4.在服务器平台上验证主要总线（包括FSB，内存，LAN，USB，SATA，PCI Express和PCI等）的工作知识。
5.熟练地分析和分类来自服务器主板的信号组。
6.熟悉示波器，波形发生器和万用表等测量仪器的原理和基本结构。
7.优秀的技术问题解决能力（对总线协议和规范的熟练掌握）。
