Performance Management

1.Drive, develop, and oversee implementation of the business plan for the facility to achieve facility goals (e.g., operation efficiency, quality, service, safety) and develop strategic improvements for complex operations.

2.Manage financial aspects for the facility by tracking expenses compared to budget; monitoring asset utilization and preparing;

3.Ensures associate, customer and supplier concerns are resolved by thoroughly investigating and making decisions based on facts of the situation or consulting with others.

4. Monitor and ensure facility-wide compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, procedures and directives by developing, distributing, and/or maintaining procedures and supporting documentation.

People Management

1.Lead and direct the facility's leadership by setting direction and ensuring it is carried out, communicating goals, monitoring performance of Associates and providing feedback.

2.Identify training and development needs and ensuring opportunities for learning and growth are available; supporting Logistics and company policies and procedures; and overseeing the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates.

3.Review and approve forecasted staffing plans to ensure staffing plans are forecasted sufficiently to meet business demands for workload and performance results and are implemented timely.

Working with Others

1. Builds and sustains trusting, collaborative relationships and across functional boundaries to achieve goals. 

2.Maintains external relationships with local authorities and government departments (e.g. Fire Department Bureau, Safety Supervision Bureau) to ensure the operation is in line with local regulations.

3. Serve as a community liaison by participating in local and community.

4. Champion company-sponsored programs and events to associates, customers, and the local community.

任职要求：

1. Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Production/Operations Management);

2. 5 years' experience in a senior management role as an logistics/retail environment, manufacturing industry;

3. Supervising and developing managers and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees facility-wide; 

4. Good communication skills with strong leadership; 

5. Easy going, self-motivated with high ethical standards; 

6. Problem solving and conflict management skills;

7. Planning and improvement skills;

8. Good in both oral and written English, as well as office software;

9. 2 years' experience in managing capital budgets.
