Position: Shop Manager 车间经理，生产经理

Location工作地点: FengGang, Dongguan, Guangdong China. 广东省东莞市凤岗镇

Job Type工作性质: Full Time. 全职

Report to直属上司: General Manager. 总经理

-Summary Of Position: 职位总结

• Day to day operation for all shop production. 负责车间生产的所有运作
• Manage personnel. 管理员工
• Maintain shop cleanliness. 保持车间整洁
• Assure all equipment is maintained. 确保所有设备的维护
• Strive to meet production output requirements. 努力达到生产产量要求

Position Requirements:

Must have: 必须要有

• Factory work experience. 工厂的工作经验

• Ability to keep equipment running. 能让设备运作

• knowledgeable with Press and Lathe machines. 有冲床跟车床的知识,有修模及保养模具技术的优先考虑

• Hands on meaning this is not a desk job. 手要动起来意思是说这不是一个办公桌的工作

• Strong background with Quality procedures. 在质量环节有很丰富的背景

• Able to write concise process instructions. 能够写出简洁的流程作业指示

• Deadline and goal oriented. 有目标性和执行力
• Organized. 有组织能力
• Get along with others. 能友好相处
• Works well under pressure. 可以承受压力
• Punctual and good attendance. 守时并能遵守工作时间
• Team Player. 有团队精神
