Responsibilities:

• Quality system management (IATF16949) running, maintenance and improvement. Customer system certification.
• Project advanced quality control (Design review, C/F, PPAP, SLP etc. acc. to AQP).
• Production process quality control (QRQC, QCC, FTQ improvement etc.).
• Supplier quality assurance and improvement (defect correction, process audit, QA improvement etc.).
• Customer quality management (customer activity, complaint handling, warranty, satisfaction maintenance etc.).
• Quality tools/methods deployment and practice (8D, KT, FMEA etc.).
• Department management (budget, performance, CAPEX, training, competency development etc.).

requirements:

• More than 5 years quality management experience in Automotive industry ,
• Familiar with IATF16949,fluent spoken English.
